1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a seller on Eudoro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before setting up your store.

2. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of product descriptions and pricing.
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards and are not prohibited items.
• Managing inventory and updating product availability promptly.
• Fulfilling orders within the required timeframe using your preferred courier (or integrated Shiprocket services once available).

3. Payments & Fees

Promotional Zero Commission: For early adopters, Eudoro offers 100% free commission on your initial orders to help you grow. After this promotional period, a nominal platform fee will be applied.

Payouts are processed to verified bank accounts upon request via the dashboard. Any refunds due to seller negligence (e.g., broken items due to poor packaging) will be deducted from your wallet balance.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and designs you upload. By listing products, you grant Eudoro a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your listings across our platforms and marketing channels.

5. Account Termination

Eudoro reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or provide consistently poor customer experiences.
